First Consult.
This is where it all begins! Our first chat! Over the phone, via zoom or even in person with a coffee in hand, we want to get to know you!
Let’s work through your Pinterest board and refine your style!

Colour & Texture Style Guide.
Where the magic starts! We get to work on refining your colour palette and vibes for your big day. This is your mood board that we reference through your entire journey.
This will also be sent to your other amazing wedding suppliers to ensure every detail is cohesive. Pulling together your big day is a team effort!

Styling Proposal.
This detailed document tells the story of your special day. We walk you through what your guests’ experience from the moment they first arrive, right through to your grand exit at the end. We cover the all-important details including floral styling, furniture selections, signage, ceremony styling, centrepiece design, place settings, decor selection and much more! This is where you will get a clear vision of your big day.

Costing proposal.
Once we shape your styling and tailor those beautiful details to your taste, we begin getting quotes from suppliers to bring together your vision. The prices are presented in a proposal created just for you, including images to help you visualise each and every moment!

Coordination.
Here, you get to sit back while we collaborate with each of the wedding styling suppliers to bring your dream day together. We coordinate their services on the day to
ensure the styling pieces come together seamlessly and effortlessly. We plan the bump in and bump out details for all of the decor and liaise with the venue to resolve all of the logistics involved.

Your Big Day.
We are there for you on the day to bring your vision to life. The months of planning, coordination, phone calls, late night texts of new Pinterest inspo pics, big decisions & emails have come down to this moment. We have the absolute joy of creating that experience for you and your loved ones. We will be there from the moment the venue opens the doors until the last candle is lit to ensure every detail for your big day is just as you pictured it! We style your entire ceremony and reception and pack down afterwards, allowing you to relax and soak up every last beautiful moment together!
